About our Restaurant
Established 1997 in Atlanta by Sari Masri. Sari is a highly educated engineer who worked around the Mediterranean / Middle East but his passion was food. He switched careers in 1997 giving up the hard hat for a chef's apron.
He uses family recipes as his basis with some twists. His Mother was a great cook. They had the luxury of walking out of the backdoor of his childhood home to grape vines, fig, lemon, olive trees. Thyme was plentiful allowing for fresh zatar. Rosemary everywhere. Sari is highly skilled in spice mixing. ( can't think of the more professional word) His lamb burger is warm and toasty representing his skill. The hummus has the right kiss of natural flavor.
The bar complements the Mediterranean vibe from wines to a Mediterranean inspired gin which makes the best dirty martini. An evening is not complete without fresh baklava and espresso martinis.
Galleria location is sparkling with bubbles for pre theater dining. Our neighbor is The Cobb Energy Performing Arts.
